Scheduling


Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. You will not be "double booked" unless you request to share your appointment with a friend. This is your time to take a break from your other obligations and be pampered. You deserve it. Consultations are required for all new guests prior to scheduling your first service. You can request your free consultation online. It is always helpful if you can request the first or last available spot for the time of day (morning/ afternoon/ evening).This helps avoid unnecessary gaps in my schedule, allowing more people to get their hair done and helping keep my services affordable. I will try to schedule you as close to your requested time as possible but I reserve the right to move it to minimize gaps in my schedule. You will always be notified of any changes.


Cancellations


Time is valuable. I do my best to schedule the proper amount of time for your service and I do not double book. Missed appointments, last minute cancellations, or last minute changes to your service (like getting a haircut when you were scheduled for a color) prevent someone else from getting their hair done and make it difficult to make up for lost revenue.

If you need to reschedule your appointment please let me know at least 36 hours before your scheduled service time. You are required to enter a credit card to hold your appointment. This card will not be charged unless you cancel or reschedule less than 36 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule last minute you will be charged for a last-minute cancellation fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service price. Consultations are free but there is a $15 charge for missed consultation appointments. Mutual respect keeps everyone happy.

If you are late to your appointment we may have to omit portions of your service to make up for lost time. No discounts will be given for portions of the service missed due to tardiness (no blowdry, etc.). If there is not enough time to complete any of the service it will be considered a missed appointment and you will be charged the last minute cancellation fee.

Families and Friends


It can be fun to get your hair done with your parent, child, sibling, or friend! My suite is tiny, so I ask that you only bring one extra person (over age 12) to your appointment. Children under 12 are not allowed for any reason. If you bring an unattended child to your appointment we will need to reschedule and you will be charged a last minute cancellation fee. Children over 12 are welcome to visit and get their hair done.
